Replicate is Cross City’s annual leadership training event. It’s specifically designed for leaders in the following areas: Kids, Students, Adult Connection, and Guest Services, as well as our International and Español Campuses. Lunch and childcare are available with registration.

About Dr. John Mann
Dr. John Mann is a gifted public speaker who has spoken in front of thousands of people and is certified as a coach and public speaker with the John Maxwell Leadership Institute. He holds an Advanced Master of Divinity (MDiv) and a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Systematic Theology and Preaching from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary (SWBTS), and was chosen as a recipient of the Zondervan Theology Award upon completing his dissertation. John also earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Baylor University. He has served in various capacities within the Southern Baptist Convention for over twenty-five years, including the International Mission Board as a trustee.
Currently, John is the Assistant to the President for Constituent Relations and Associate Professor of Business and Theology at SWBTS. He is also the founder of White Rock Strategies, a company that provides financial, business, and organizational consulting for entrepreneurs.
John is married to Sandy, is the father of Kendall and Lauren, and is the grandfather of Paizlee, Tinlee, and Taylee.
