God built us to be strong. He designed us to solve problems, learn, and accomplish amazing things. He also wired us to depend on each other, and it’s through those relationships that he often grows us the most. Many men want these kinds of relationships but aren’t sure where to start.
Discover a Man to Man Group.
Man to Man groups are small, intentional gatherings of 2–4 men designed to build the spiritual relationships that can help us move forward. Each group will have a leader to help foster honest conversations and contribute wisdom. The goal is to create a safe, confidential environment for the kind of growth that only happens when we’re intentional about being real with each other.

This is different from a traditional Bible study. Man-to-Man focuses on healthy, strong relationships with other guys. You’ll do things like pray together, work through guided conversations, support each other, and apply biblical truth to real-life challenges.
The group leader uses a conversation guide to provide direction and help every group focus on topics and questions that lead to growth. You can see the “What will we talk about?” section below to get an idea of what you’ll discuss. Some of the conversations are simple, while others require the group to develop greater trust and authenticity.
While structure matters, the issues of conversation matter more. The ultimate goal is authentic connection, spiritual maturity, and strong discipleship among men.
The leader’s role in a Man-to-Man group is to create and protect an environment where authentic growth can happen. He is not there to lecture, fix, or dominate the conversation, but to guide it with wisdom, humility, and intentionality. By opening each gathering in prayer, setting a tone of confidentiality, and using the provided conversation guides, the leader helps keep the group focused on conversations that matter most. He models honesty, invites participation from every man, and ensures the group moves at the pace of trust, never forcing vulnerability but consistently encouraging it.
At the same time, the leader serves as a spiritual shepherd and facilitator. He listens well, asks thoughtful follow-up questions, and helps men connect biblical truth to real life through encouragement, Scripture, and godly counsel. He celebrates courage when men open up, extends grace when struggles are shared, and helps the group apply what they discuss through prayer and accountability. Ultimately, the leader’s role is to help foster strong relationships with other men and a deeper walk with the Lord, trusting God to do the transforming work as men show up consistently and commit to being real with one another.
Each group sets its own meeting rhythm and commits to mutual trust with a recommended frequency of two meetings per month. Consistency matters, and we encourage men to commit to at least six meetings to start. This helps you get to know your group and begin building the trust you need. Good things start to happen when you reach the point where you can be real with the others in your group. It won’t happen overnight—it happens with consistency.
Each leader will pose at least one discussion-starting question at each meeting. Below is a sample of some of the topics that groups will cover:
How do you get started? The easiest way is to let us know that you’re interested. There are several guys who have already agreed to help lead these groups.
