Cross City Church is seeking a passionate and pastoral leader to serve as the Campus Pastor for Cross City Español (CCE) (our Spanish-speaking congregation) located at our Euless Campus.
This role provides spiritual leadership, preaching, discipleship, and pastoral care for the CCE congregation while helping people follow Jesus and grow in their faith. The Español Campus Pastor will lead alongside a collaborative church staff team and work closely with Cross City Ministries to support a healthy, growing, and gospel-centered church community.
The ideal candidate is a relational and spiritually mature leader who is passionate about preaching God’s Word, shepherding people, developing leaders, and reaching the Spanish-speaking community with the hope of Christ. Cross City Church is seeking a passionate and skilled Alliance Campus Worship Pastor to lead and cultivate worship experiences that help people encounter Jesus and grow in their faith. This role leads worship at the Alliance Campus, develops volunteer teams, and creates engaging, Christ-centered environments aligned with the vision of the Campus Pastor and the overall worship direction of Cross City Church.
Based on the candidate’s skills and experience, this role may also support the creative and visual elements of worship at Alliance in partnership with the Euless Communications Team.
The ideal candidate is both a musical leader and a shepherd—someone who builds teams, leads with excellence, and collaborates well with the Euless Worship and Communications teams to create meaningful and unified worship experiences across all campuses.

Cross City’s Euless Campus is searching for individuals to join our team as Childcare Workers. Our childcare team provides safe and intentional care to the youngest members of Cross City. Our team members are trained on child safety procedures, provided with Biblically sound curriculum and activities for childcare events, and assist with the cleaning and sanitation of our preschool and kids ministry spaces. All childcare team positions are part-time and schedules are determined based on Sunday, Wednesday, and special event needs. Join us!
