Communications Film & Story Associate

Full-Time

Cross City Church is searching for someone to join our team full-time as Film & Story Associate at our Euless campus. Under the direction and oversight of our Executive Pastor of Communications, this individual will craft moving stories using video/film formats, providing support to worship services and other church events. They will oversee all film and story projects church-wide, partnering with our various ministries to meet video and photography needs. The Film & Story Associate will play a key part in event promotion by creating compelling stories that engage and draw-in potential participants. They will collaborate with the Communications team to facilitate a cohesive and excellent church-wide communication strategy.

Our next great team member will use their skills to support Cross City’s mission, vision, and guiding principles through creative storytelling, videography, and photography. Join our team!

Requirements:

  • Have a personal, growing relationship with Christ
  • Passion for God and personal consistent practice of spiritual disciplines
  • Alignment with Cross City’s beliefs, as outlined in the Baptist Faith and Message (2000), and especially the 7 beliefs covering The Bible, The Trinity, Jesus Christ, The Holy Spirit, Man, Salvation, The Second Coming, and Marriage
  • Demonstrable film/video experience using professional equipment
  • Demonstrable working knowledge and skill in film concepts, film/video capture, audio capture, editing/post production, and motion graphics
  • Project management and organizational skills
  • Knowledge and ability to create work in alignment with traditional conservative Christian values and Biblical accuracy
  • Ability to communicate well with internal team members and external partners
  • Consistent history of active Christian church membership and participation

This position will:

  • Be responsible for cultivating a culture of storytelling by developing and executing strategies to proactively find and tell stories across multiple platforms and in partnership with our ministry teams
  • Work with the XP of Communication and Technology to encourage and develop excellence and alignment in all Cross City Church film/video products
  • Complete film/video requests, including regular Worship Service, sermon materials, and event promotions
  • Serve as lead church photographer and videographer, capturing photos for worship services and key events as needed
  • Help maintain a team of supporting volunteers to capture photos and video
  • Produce weekly video announcements
  • Support social media strategy with photo and video content
  • Other duties as assigned

Outreach Associate

Full-Time

Cross City’s Euless Campus is searching for a relational and energetic Outreach Associate to join our team! This full-time role is a unique opportunity to serve as a chaplain and community connector to families in our Lionheart Children’s Academy and Playscape ministry spaces. You’ll play a key role in welcoming new families, sharing the love of Christ, and creating meaningful opportunities for them to take next steps in their spiritual journey and connection to Cross City Church. If you love children, thrive in outreach environments, and have a heart for helping families experience the real hope and life found in Jesus, we’d love to meet you!

Requirements:

  • Have and maintain a personal, growing relationship with Christ

Missions & Benevolence Assistant

Part-Time

Cross City’s Euless Campus is searching for a Missions & Benevolence Assistant who is passionate about missions, organized, and compassionate to join our team. This part-time role will provide essential administrative and relational support to our Missions Ministry. In this role, you’ll help care for missionaries, coordinate church benevolence efforts, manage events and communication, and serve as a vital bridge between our ministry teams, church family, and mission partners. If you thrive in a support role, enjoy meaningful work, and are eager to help others experience the love of Christ, we’d love to hear from you!

Childcare Worker

Part-Time / As Needed

Cross City’s Euless Campus is searching for individuals to join our team as Childcare Workers. Our childcare team provides safe and intentional care to the youngest members of Cross City. Our team members are trained on child safety procedures, provided with Biblically sound curriculum and activities for childcare events, and assist with the cleaning and sanitation of our preschool and kids ministry spaces. All childcare team positions are part-time and schedules are determined based on Sunday, Wednesday, and special event needs. Join us!

Requirements:

  • Called to serve the church
  • Passion for sharing Biblical truths with kids
  • High level of integrity and adherence to safety standards and procedures
  • Ability to complete physical tasks such as movement of materials, bending, lifting (up to 50lbs), standing, walking, etc.
