Cross City Church is seeking a passionate and skilled Alliance Campus Worship Pastor to lead and cultivate worship experiences that help people encounter Jesus and grow in their faith. This role leads worship at the Alliance Campus, develops volunteer teams, and creates engaging, Christ-centered environments aligned with the vision of the Campus Pastor and the overall worship direction of Cross City Church.
Based on the candidate’s skills and experience, this role may also support the creative and visual elements of worship at Alliance in partnership with Euless Communications Team.
The ideal candidate is both a musical leader and a shepherd–someone who builds teams, leads with excellence, and collaborates well with the Euless Worship and Communications teams to create meaningful and unified worship experiences across all campuses.

Cross City’s Español (CCE), located on our Euless Campus, is seeking a part-time Ministry Assistant. This person will play a key role in helping new guests and members get connected, planning and coordinating outreach events, and assisting the Español Pastor with communication and administration. It’s a highly relational, detail orientied role that contributes to life change each week. Are you passionate about helping people feel known, welcomed, and connected?
